RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The order must include all relevant items, components, and packaging, and be returned in its original condition.
  • Normal signs of handling are accepted, but damage caused by negligent handling is excluded.
  • Products requiring hygiene standards must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
  • The product was received defective.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • It is necessary to share the tracking number with our customer service.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 working days and, if conditions are met, officially confirmed within this period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect the item has been used or damaged in a way not attributable to Olivia Style.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return:

  • Send an email to: info@oliviastylestore.com
  • Include in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • First Name + Last Name
    • Full address
      ⚠️ Never return the package directly to the sender. We will provide the correct address after receiving your request.
      The return costs are borne by the customer, as well as the obligation to share the tracking number with our customer service.

LOST PACKAGE POLICY

If a package is declared lost, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly to ensure you receive your order.
Our Process:

  • Investigation: We check the package status with the carrier to confirm the loss.
  • Replacement: Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
  • Communication: Our customer service will keep you informed at every step.
  • Return option: You can return the replacement product for a full refund, in line with our return policy.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are a private individual acting for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
Cancellation Conditions
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date you or a designated third party received the goods.
Orders are processed upon validation, meaning we cannot stop the shipping process before delivery. Refunds are therefore only possible after the goods have been received and returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us (Olivia Style) via a clear statement (e.g., by email). The right of withdrawal takes effect once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Records

Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive them and then return them. However, you can inform us of the cancellation in advance. To expedite the return process, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery fees (unless you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard rate offered), within fourteen days of receiving your return. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We do not have a physical return address in the UK. Our returns are processed directly from Asia.
Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Items must be returned to China. Return shipping costs start from €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.
